Dr. Bridges is a Texas native. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Texas Southern University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and a Master of Management in Health Care from Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management. Dr. Bridges specializes in evaluating drug therapy regimens for appropriateness, effectiveness, omissions in care, safety, and cost-effectiveness. She is dedicated to promoting patient safety and advocating for optimal therapeutic outcomes for patients.
Rachel White, MPH

Ms. White is a native Houstonian. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oberlin College and a Master of Public Health from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Public Health. She has ten years of experience in public health as a population health program assistant and intervention specialist. Ms. White specializes in care coordination, intervention, and systems improvement. She is dedicated to providing compassionate and competent care.
Ifeoma Okonkwo, Pharm. D.

Dr. Ifeoma Okonkwo grew up in the Greater Houston Area. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Northwestern University. Dr. Okonkwo has professional experiences including community practice, pharmacy benefit management, and long-term care. She specializes in pharmaceutical care, patient education, medication compliance, and safety. Dr. Okonkwo is dedicated to improving patients’ quality of life by providing effective and comprehensive therapeutic care.
